Zycortal® Injectable Suspension: Replacement Therapy for Canine Addison’s Disease

Zycortal® is a critical, long-acting prescription medication containing Desoxycortone Pivalate, USP. It is indicated for use as replacement therapy for mineralocorticoid deficiency in dogs diagnosed with Primary Hypoadrenocorticism (commonly known as Addison’s disease).

• Hormone Replacement: Provides the necessary mineralocorticoid hormone replacement to stabilize and manage the life-threatening hormone deficiency associated with Addison's disease.

• Prolonged Release: Formulated as a prolonged-release suspension for injection, allowing for dosing on a routine schedule determined by the veterinarian.
